Happy New Year

Another year has come to an end. The farm is now closed until sugarbush season March 2022.

This year has been a ride. Second year running this business through a pandemic, honestly looking back two years ago when this all started we really didn’t know if we would be able to keep this going, but we just took it day by day, pivoting along the way. We received so much support from all of you and that gave us the motivation to keep going.
We want to thank all of our friends, family and staff that help us out so much, from driving the tractor to making pies and preserves for the shop, trimming trees, hanging out with our kids and so much more. They celebrate with us when we succeed and listen when we whine and complain.
To our guests, we thank you with all of our hearts for your continued support. Especially during this very unpredictable pandemic.

To our amazing photographer @elizabethafulton and friend, Thank you for capturing such beautiful moments at the farm.

Merry Christmas and wishing you all a very happy new year.

Toddler Time

Do you guys remember toddler time at the farm? Back when Covid hadn’t changed our world….We had a weekly program designed for the littles (6 and under) with different themes every week… We have adapted and are excited to offer a new toddler time every Wednesday and Thursday morning! This week is going to be a smash!!! It’s going to be all about pumpkins!!!
The kids will get to explore the different pumpkin themed sensory tables and activities, along with our famous corn table and farmers market dramatic play centre. And of course all the animals will be here, you can feed the goats, sheep and alpacas!! Make sure to take a walk down scarecrow lane and find all the silly scarecrows in the forest. Try out our 3 acre corn maze!! Burn some energy out on the hay play structures and check out the picnic and play area with our giant sand box, play houses & slides. The WAGON RIDES will be running and we have lots of pumpkins for sale.

The corn maze will be open for those who want to try their skills at finding their way through the maze. Wagon rides will be returning to our Fall program. There is a designated area where the wagon leaves from and it runs throughout your sessions, so if it is busy just come back to it later. At the farm we have lots of friendly animals to see, feed and touch and the kid’s barn has some imaginary play areas and the famous corn sensory table. Make sure to take a walk in the woods down scarecrow lane, don’t worry everyone is friendly. There are three different hay play structures to climb and explore. Bring some snacks and enjoy the picnic and play area.

The Log farm is part of Ottawa’s history, the farm was originally settled in 1854 and the home and farm buildings were built over the next few years. . You can walk through the original home of the Bradley’s and take in how they lived right here over 150 years ago!!

Note that our corn maze, like most of the activities at our farm, is designed for families with children under 10.

IMPORTANT NOTE THAT A MASK WILL BE REQUIRED TO RIDE ON THE WAGON.

The entire experience is outside and we limit the number of guests during each session so that you can spread out and enjoy your time at the farm! Relax and enjoy the outdoors while you explore and play down on the farm.

We have lots of pumpkins for sale at the marekt shop area. No tickets required to drop by and pickup your pumpkins. Make sure to check out the market shop on your way out, it’s full of local treasures.
