Spring on the Farm

Spring just might be the most exciting time around the farm! The barns are busting with new life, the weather is warming up and the puddles are at their peak.

Come on out to the farm this spring.

This spring we are expecting ducklings, piglets, lambs, bunnies, goats kids, a baby alpaca and a calf from our cow Duchess! These babies will be arriving from April to mid July. We will make announcements of the births on our social media accounts so be sure to follow us there!! @thelogfarm

Sheep Sheering Demonstration

It only happens one day a year and we want to share the experience with you! Come out to the farm and watch the sheep being shorn. There will be a general discussion about sheep, wool and sheep handling. Our sheep are shorn once a year to maintain a healthy wool coat. Mark your calendars, you don’t want to miss the show!!

May 29th – Demonstrations starting at 10am & 1:30pm

May 25th – October 27th

Exclusive for ages 0-6 year old’s. Every Wednesday & Thursday Morning. 9am-12:30pm at the farm.

Each week we will have a different theme with activities and sensory tables relating to the season and theme of the week. During Toddler Time you will get to see all the farm animals and purchase food for the goats, sheep and alpacas. You can take a walk out in the woods and then gather together for our weekly story time. Bring a picnic lunch or snacks and spend some time playing on the hay.

The Toddler Time program at the farm is pay as you go program, pre-purchased tickets are required.

There is no need to commit to a long program, just come when you want. So much outdoor fun that changes every week with new themes and toys.

This is not a structured program, we encourage you to let your little one take the lead and let them decide how they want to spend their time at the farm. Slow down and let them explore the farm at their own pace.

**All children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult**
