Did you know that at The Log Farm we only use pails on our trees!! So all our sap is collected by hand!!! We offer a special hands on experience for our guests, you and your family can help gather the sap around the sugarbush. The kids love running from tree to tree looking for a pail with some sap in it!!! Collect as much or as little as you want and bring it back to camp!! Please remember that the sap flow is completely weather dependent, +5 degrees and sunny are the best days to collect. We love sharing this once a year experience with you!!!
