Time is flying by, there are only 3 weekends left for our sugarbush season. Open weekends 9:30am-4pm until April 7th. Hopefully the weather will warm up and it will actually feel like spring soon, but for now the sweet taste of taffy will do! Did you know that it has to be above freezing and sunny for the sap to be running. We are hoping that this week we will finally get to collect some sap and start boiling. We are a small family run business and here at the log farm we collect sap with our family by hand. Once our girls get home from school we pack up and head out to the sugarbush for the evening, we are so grateful to be making these memories with our family and love to share this beautiful property with you and your family on the weekends.
